Environment Law 2016



This year the Environmental Law Roundtable has been dominated by discussions on the implications of the Paris Agreement. On a national level we also discuss the regulatory changes in the United States stemming from water drought issues and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB’s) in building materials. Other highlighted topics include: compliance issues or pitfalls organisation’s need to monitor carefully and the incentives of being more sustainable. Featured countries are: United States, Mexico and Indonesia.
