Atsushi Fujieda is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He graduated from the University of Tokyo (LL.B.) and the University of California (LL.M.) and has been admitted to the New York Bar since 1988.

Mr. Fujieda is an expert in tax litigation, appeals and audits, including those of transfer pricing disputes, and he has acted as counsel in several tax disputes on behalf of major Japanese and foreign companies.

He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and is a professor of the Law School of the University of Tokyo.
