Keith Moulsdale is a partner at the US law firm of Whiteford Taylor & Preston LLP, where he co-chairs the Cyber Security, Information Management & Privacy practice, and is a former co-chair of the Technology and Intellectual Property practice. Most of his career has focused on licensing, intellectual property, data security, privacy and other legal issues related to technology companies, products and issues, both in the U.S. and internationally. Keith regularly counsels organizations in connection with security breach attempts, and has led assessment, containment and response efforts, developed mitigation strategies, and assisted clients in preparing information security policies and assessing and complying with statutory notification requirements both domestically and internationally. Keith is listed in Best Lawyers in America, is active in the Cyber Incubator at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and teaches cyber security law in the M.B.A. program at Loyola University Maryland.
