Jeffrey Tenen’s primary areas of practice are aircraft finance and leasing, aviation, structured lending and international business transactions. He represents domestic and foreign air carriers, leasing companies and lenders on aircraft acquisitions, sales and financings (including export credit – European and US, cross-border leveraged lease transactions), work-outs, restructurings, operating leases, receivables and aircraft securitizations, spare parts and related equipment financings, comprehensive code share agreements, prorate and interline agreements, commodity and service procurement agreements, airline mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters before the Federal Aviation Administration affecting airlines and leasing companies.
Jeffrey is admitted to the Bar in the states of Florida, New York and Maryland. He received his BA, cum laude, in 1982 from Tufts University. He received his JD in 1986 from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
