Margaret J. Davino leads the healthcare practice.  She has practiced healthcare law for over 20 years, and served as General Counsel to two large teaching hospitals.  She and the healthcare group are commonly involved in structuring relationships between various providers and both other provider entities as well as business entities, and use their expertise regarding reimbursement and compensation to create structures that make the most business, legal and reimbursement sense.

Ms. Davino lectures frequently on multiple healthcare legal topics.  She is Chair-elect of the NY State Bar Association Health Law Section, and past Chair of its Health and Hospital Section.  She is admitted to practice in New York, NJ and Connecticut.  She is also a registered nurse.  She has been named by New York Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the top attorneys in health law in the greater Metropolitan New York area every year since 2009.
