Anatoly started his career as a transportation engineer working on large infrastructure and real estate development projects.  As a Partner and Chairman of Burns & Levinson’s Design & Construction practice in Boston, Anatoly Darov represents clients in a variety of design, construction, environmental and real estate matters.  Anatoly focuses on all aspects of public construction and procurement.  He advises public and private sector owners, design professionals and construction contractors in complex construction, government contracts, project delivery and procurement issues, including all forms of dispute resolution arising from construction projects.  He also counsels architectural and engineering firms on a broad range of corporate, M&A, licensure, and contracting issues.
