Pekka Holopainen has been with Kalliolaw since 2010. Before joining the firm he worked for almost 15 years as general counsel and other in-house legal positions in various international companies in Finland as well as abroad. In addition to his Finnish LL.M. he holds an M.iur.comp. degree from the University of Bonn, Germany as well as an MBA from London Business School.

Holopainen is currently heading the mining law practice at Kalliolaw and he has considerable experience from international and domestic agreements as well as from corporate governance.

He holds positions of trust in several Boards of Directors of companies, associations and foundations.
