Mark is a partner in the international tax group of McGladrey LLP and is the Transfer Pricing lead specialist responsible for establishing worldwide transfer pricing procedures through RSMi International.  With over 26 years of experience serving clients, Mark helps his clients achieve significant tax savings in both the inbound and outbound international tax area.    Mark’s transfer pricing experience includes:

• Leading McGladrey and RSM International Transfer Pricing teams.
   
• Successful negotiation of numerous Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) with the Internal Revenue Service.
   
• Administration and completion of over 100 transfer pricing projects annually.
   
• Membership with the AICPA Transfer Pricing task force that analyzes and comments on current Internal Revenue Service legislation and regulations.
   
• Successful defense of numerous companies during Internal Revenue Service transfer pricing examinations since 1993.

• Being a highly sought after international and national conference speaker and instructor.

Mark joined the Chicago office of McGladrey in 1986.  He transferred to the Charlotte office in 1994.
