Carlos has more than 25 years of professional experience. Is an accountant graduated in Universidad Católica Andres Bello in 1986. In December 2000 was certified by CEDCA (Corporate Center of Commercial Arbitration and Conflict Resolution). Is the founder, partner and director of Audentia Consultores de Negocios, a business consultant firm focused in Business Administration Outsourcing with more than 100 employees and operations in four countries, Venezuela, Colombia, Panama and Ecuador. During its career as business consultant and tax expert, has attend important local and multinational companies. Carlos is an expert in international tax planning and has long experience in Financial Statements Conversion to foreign currency under International Accounting Standards, Corporate Valuation and the application of the FCPA rules (Foreign Corrupt Practice Act).
