Joe Bauerschmidt has more than 20 years of capital markets experience, spanning more than 350 deals. His principal focus is on securities offerings in the public and private capital markets representing leading international investment banks and corporate issuers.
Joe trained on Wall Street at the Cravath firm and moved to Asia in 1997. In Asia he has worked on more than 50 complex high-yield financings and dozens of IPOs. His recent clients include Indonesian companies such as PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk, PT Pertamina (Persero) and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. as well as Singapore companies including Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.
After graduating in Chemical Engineering and working for Schlumberger Limited in Europe and North America before law school, he has since served dozens of oil and oilfield services companies around the globe. Joe also has completed more than 30 offerings for financial institutions, principally bank and insurance companies, in Asia and North America.
