Moushami Joshi is a Partner of the International Trade Law practice at Luthra & Luthra where she represents the Government of India on WTO disputes, advises the Government on policy issues and represents clients in trade remedial proceedings. She also advises companies on FCPA and Indian anti-corruption laws.

She is currently representing the Government of India on a WTO dispute initiated by the United States against certain agricultural policies maintained by India. She has also advised India as a third party in other disputes. She has represented exporters and importers across several industries in antidumping and safeguard proceedings in India.

Ms. Joshi graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, with a graduating class Gold Medal in intellectual property law. She pursued her LL.M at the George Washington University Law School, Washington D.C where she was awarded the Rule of Law Fellowship. She is admitted to practice in India and New York.
