Ferzeen joined the firm in 1998 and has since been involved in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, joint ventures, anti-trust, project financing, developing standards for the petroleum industry, the setting up and operation of manufacturing facilities, public floatation and tender offers for listed securities, delisting and winding up of companies, banking and financing transactions, privatisation. She is enrolled as an advocate of the Sindh High Court and has appeared in litigation proceedings in the High Court of Sindh for commercial and taxation matters and has also assisted senior counsel in the courts of Pakistan upto the Supreme Court.    Ferzeen advises clients which are engaged in the field of beverages, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, natural gas, minerals, cement, steel and banking.
