Dan has extensive experience in transportation, logistics, and maritime law, including cargo claims, trucking matters, transportation contracts, and transportation regulation. He also has considerable experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance law, intellectual property law (including trademarks and copyrights), transaction law, commercial real estate, appellate law, equine law, employment law, administrative law, and tax law. In addition to his law practice, Dan teaches law classes, publishes widely, and serves as a Director for both P.A.M. Transport, Inc. and Universal Truckload Services, Inc.
