Paul is a Group Partner at Collas Crill in Guernsey, specialising in investment funds and banking. He advises on the establishment and regulation of open and closed ended funds, including corporate structures established as either limited companies or protected cell companies, as well as limited partnership structures and unit trusts. Paul also advises private equity executives on the structuring of carried interest and related matters. His banking practice involves acting for lenders and borrowers, advising on Guernsey regulatory and security issues, and as advisory to banks in enforcement situations.

Paul has advised on complex, multi-jurisdictional lending transactions involving Guernsey investment funds as borrowers, as well as Guernsey asset-holding vehicles.
