As one of the leading PRC antidumping lawyers, Mr. Zhou’s practice in trade remedy and WTO law can be traced to 1997, when the first Chinese antidumping investigation was initiated.  Mr. Zhou has successfully defended numerous foreign and domestic businesses in more than one hundred trade remedy investigations (antidumping, countervailing and safeguard) by global trade authorities, including China, US, EU, Canada, Australia, India, Turkey, South Africa, Egypt, Indonesia, South Korea, Thailand and Latin American countries. Besides representing private sectors in trade cases, Mr. Zhou advises Ministry of Commerce, China (MOFCOM) with respect to the WTO dispute settlement.

Mr. Zhou also advises clients on legal issues relating to international trade, customs, competition/antitrust, as well as environmental & regulatory (the REACH of EU, for example). Mr. Zhou has published several articles on the above-mentioned areas and delivered speeches on various seminars from time to time.
