Mark Berry is a projects lawyer based in the banking team in London.  Mark began his career practising as an engineer and holds Chartered Engineer status.  Mark is a specialist in all aspects of PPP, PFI and P3 projects. He has particular expertise and experience in projects for education, health and transport sectors.

He also has a depth of experience and has advised on a range of international infrastructure projects. Mark has excellent experience in advising on mining projects around the world with a particular emphasis on emerging markets. He regularly uses his expertise in EPC and EPCM contracts to advise on the construction procurement arrangements for mining and related infrastructure off-resource projects. He works with clients to identify the most suitable structuring to ensure that a bankable solution is achieved.
