Dr. Vivek Kashyap works as a Senior Associate-Science at LexOrbis. Vivek is a PhD in Genetics and LLB from the University of Delhi and also a registered Patent Agent. He has about 10 year’s experience in patents, wherein he has practised the profession with law Firms, LPO and Pharmaceutical Company. Prior to joining Lex Orbis, Vivek worked as In-House Counsel for Novo Noridsk, at their Bangalore Office. Vivek has expertise in patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent opposition, due diligence, patent analytics and Freedom to Operate in the field of Life Sciences.
