Takamasa joined Clyde & Co in Dubai in October 2009 and is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and Hong Kong.

His experience covers corporate, commercial law and regulatory work, with an emphasis on intellectual property, IT & technology.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Takamasa worked for four years as in-house counsel with General Electric, based in Tokyo and Osaka. He initially trained with a top-tier international law firm in London before working in their Hong Kong and Tokyo offices, providing advice to a wide range of Japanese companies and organisations. Takamasa is a Japanese native.
