Emma specialises in both private client and corporate and commercial work.  She has assisted many high net worth individuals with their relocation to Gibraltar; advised on wealth and succession planning; assisted in the setting up of trusts and other tax efficient structures and in the restructuring, relocation and setting up of businesses. 

Having successfully completed a diploma in Family Enterprise Advising, Emma has a very good understanding of family governance issues and is able to advise families on how best to structure their businesses/assets to ensure growth, continuity and a smooth transition for future generations.
