Brad Vann has been a Clayton Utz partner since 1981 and advises Australian governments on PPP projects. These include the Royal Children's Hospital, Biosciences Research Centre and Correctional Facilities Projects in Victoria, the New Royal Adelaide Hospital in South Australia, and PPP roads such as City Link, EastLink and Peninsula Link in Victoria, and the Clem7 Tunnel and Airport Link in Queensland.
Overseas he has worked on energy projects in China, Laos, Nepal, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
He is an associate to the University of Melbourne (where he regularly lectures on PPPs) and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration Australia (Vic).
