Charlotte works predominantly on ancillary relief matters for high net worth individuals, commonly with a more complicated ‘twist’ such as an international flavour or involving trust aspects.  She also undertakes non-litigious work and has advised on very significant pre- and post-nuptial agreements for wealthy international families. Charlotte also advises on all private law children matters and on issues which arise between non-married couples, including cohabitation agreements, financial claims for children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act and TOLATA claims.
