Ms. Ning Zhu has notable experience in corporate legal practice. In M&A, Restructuring and Capital Market area, Ms. Ning Zhu advises on domestic and international corporations’ M&A, Restructuring, Investment, IPO and placement of debts. Ms. Ning Zhu works in team with many domestic and international private equity funds and venture capitals to provide legal resolutions in project financing. In inbound and outbound investment area, Ms. Ning Zhu has been involved in advising various international clients on the establishment of companies in China, acquisitions of equity shares of domestic companies, M&A, reconstruction, equity disposal, liquidation and insolvency matters in China. Ms. Ning Zhu acts as legal advisor for a number of corporations and regularly advises on corporate governance, M&A, restructuring, investment financing and significant contract reviews.
