Zack is an Associate in the Construction and Commercial Litigation practice group with a focus on representing owners, developers, contractors and design professionals in contract formation and negotiations.  Zack assists his clients through all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, mediation and arbitration as well as assists with statutory and regulatory compliance matters including lien laws, immigration matters, and licensing requirements.  Zack holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and his construction background stems from prior experience in the industry as a project manager with several of the nation's largest construction companies before attending law school.
