Giuliano Bidoli is Tax Director at KPMG Luxembourg. He works closely with national and international clients in the Private Equity, Hedge Funds and corporate sectors in designing and executing complex multijurisdictional investment and transactional structures. His practice supports multinational corporate, private equity, hedge funds and real estate clients on tax matters related to merger and acquisitions, debt restructuring and divestitures.

Giuliano is a graduate of Université Catholique de Louvain and a certified accountant (“expert comptable”) under Luxembourg Law.
