Bobby’s background is diversified across areas including international taxation, corporate governance, offshore companies, trusts, private and charitable foundations, asset protection, estate/succession planning, fiduciary services, securities, fund administration, public sector lobbying, public speaking, fundraising, sales, marketing and operations management.  Bobby began his “offshore” financial services career in Seychelles in 2007 when he co-founded Sterling Offshore Limited.  Sterling is an award winning firm licensed to provide corporate, trust, foundation and fund administration services.  He headed Sterling as its Managing Director for 6 years before shifting his attention to helping co-found the Seychelles Securities Exchange (“Trop-X”) and sister companies AfriClear and AfriDep which provide clearing and settlement and securities registry services respectively.  Bobby joined Trop-X in 2012 formally as its Operations and Finance Director and he was subsequently promoted to its Chief Executive Officer in 2013 where he remains today. 

Bobby has been published in leading industry publications and has appeared as a guest on networks such as CNBC Africa.  He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners where he is a co-founder and former Chairman of the Seychelles Chapter.  Bobby is a member of the International Tax Planners Association (ITPA).  He is also a Seychelles contributor to the World Bank "Doing Business Guide" since 2008.
