Damien is a Partner with over 20 years experience in corporate and taxation law. He heads the firm's Business Division and the Resources Group.

Damien specialises in unregulated mergers and acquisitions, resources law, taxation, stamp duty, capital gains tax and business structuring. He has also advised on the structures for many joint ventures, partnerships, corporations, trusts and property syndicates.

As head of the Resources Group, Damien has a specific focus on the mining and resources sector and acts for a number of high profile clients in the areas of energy and mining.

His clients include coal mining companies, base metals companies, energy companies and financial investment companies.
