Ricardo Medina Salla represents domestic and foreign clients in large transactions involving infrastructure works, Industrial and Construction, Legal management of construction contracts, negotiations and dispute settlement. He is a Consultant in structured transactions for real estate financing through the issuance of CRI, CCI and marketing.

He is founder and director first secretary of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law (IBDiC). Vice President of the Construction Law Committee of the Bar Association of Brazil, São Paulo Section (OAB / SP), Board Member and referee Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration of the Engineering Institute, arbiter of Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of Eurochambres and Centre Análisis y Resolución of Conflicts of Peru, Brazilian member of the Committee of Arbitration.
