Mr. Reuter practices in the firm's Business Representation and Transactions Group.  The focus of his practice is corporate and securities law where he has extensive experience in securities regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions and public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. He is part of the team at Keating Muething & Klekamp that has overseen hundreds of corporate and securities transactions in recent years with an aggregate value in the billions of dollars.  His experience includes public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, investment grade and convertible debt offerings, private placements and proxy solicitations.

Mr. Reuter regularly advises companies on corporate and securities law issues, including disclosure and reporting obligations under U.S. federal securities laws, corporate governance issues, issues arising under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, state corporate law issues, listed company obligations and issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, other strategic transactions and corporate investigations.

Mr. Reuter performs professional legal services for clients such as American Financial Group, Inc., General Cable Corporation, Cintas Corporation, The Procter & Gamble Company, LSI Industries Inc., Kendle International Inc. and Meridian Bioscience, Inc.
