Moore Blatch Acquires Richmond Firm

Hampshire law firm Moore Blatch has acquired Calvert Smith & Sutcliffe, based in Richmond.

Established in 1917, Calvert Smith & Sutcliffe employs 25 staff who will continue to operate from their existing office.

The acquisition comes at a time of expansion for Moore Blatch, which has offices in Southampton, Lymington, Richmond and the City of London, and follows the recent announcement of the firm's move to Chandlers Ford.

Managing partner David Thompson said: "Calvert Smith & Sutcliffe is a long established law firm providing professional and practical advice to individuals and businesses in West London. Their highly respected lawyers will complement our team in Richmond and across the South of England."
