Ideagen, a UK-based information management software provider, has announced the acquisition of PleaseTech, a specialist in software solutions for collaborative authoring and review of corporate documentation.

Boasting over 180 customers worldwide, PleaseTech's PleaseReview software product is utilised by a number of high-profile pharmaceutical and biotech organisations, as well as a number of defense organisations. The company holds significant client cases in government, transport and manufacturing.

PleaseReview provides a secure and collaborative platform for reviewing, co-authoring, and redaction of corporate documentation.
