Fidelity Acquires RDC

Fidelity Group has acquired the Leicester-based business, RDC Communications for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition was completed in the last week following negotiations between Fidelity Group Managing Director Alan Shraga and RDC founder Roger Collings.

Established in 1999, RDC has over 19 years’ experience in providing telecommunications, systems maintenance and customer support with a friendly and consultative approach. “When considering my decision to handover day to day control, I knew that Fidelity Group would be a company we could trust to look after our customers in the expert manner that we have for the past 19 years,” said Roger Collings. “Fidelity have been a professional and reliable partner of RDC for 8 years, and we know that they will continue to provide our customers with an unparalleled service.”

Fidelity Group will continue to provide a range of telecommunications, system maintenance, data and energy services to RDC customers, in addition to added value through other joined-up communication services, including but not limited to:

– Cloud Hosting
– Data and Connectivity
– Energy savings and consultation services; and
– E-learning and classroom training.

RDC customers will be supported day-to-day by RDC and Fidelity Group staff based in Leicester and will receive additional support from the Fidelity Group Head Office team based in Henley-on-Thames.
