Delta Capita Acquires Technology Provider Appendium
The acquisition is expected to enhance Delta Capita’s Securities Finance Managed Services (SFMS).
Business and technology consultancy Delta Capita has acquired Appendium for an undisclosed sum to further develop its sell-side solution, which is set to go live later this quarter.
The deal will allow Delta Capita to integrate Appendium’s technology into its suite, offering the sell side a full-scope managed service.
According to Delta Capita, it will now offer a “pay for use” model for tier-two and tier-three sell-side institutions.
The Securities Finance Managed Services (SFMS) solution, due to be launched by the end of this quarter, will be a standardized service model, supported by expert resources situated both on-shore in London and offshore in Johannesburg, which Delta Capita says will be cost-effective.
