BRG Announces Acquisition of PlanWell

Today, BRG announced an agreement to acquire PlanWell, a successful workplace services firm located in the Houston, Texas area, whose mission since inception in 2002 has been to help their clients proactively and efficiently manage their workplace. With expertise in cost reduction strategies for office churn PlanWell impacts the bottom line of their clients by offering best-in-class services in Space and Occupancy Planning, Move Planning, and Furniture Planning, Restoration and Installation.

The acquisition of PlanWell enhances BRG’s strengths in workplace management services and program delivery and adds a local presence in Houston, Texas to BRG’s growing North American footprint. BRG now has staff in 27 cities in the US and Canada.

This week, to ensure a smooth transition and immediate value for customers, partners and shareholders, the companies will begin executing their integration plan for PlanWell operations into BRG.

With the acquisition, BRG’s current management team will be complemented by the addition of the PlanWell leadership team. Specifically, Brian Trimble will assume the role of Western Regional Director within the BRG Workplace Management Services (WMS) organization. The WMS team will continue to drive innovation within the combined BRG-PlanWell account base, building on the assets and history of both companies.
