The judging panel were particularly impressed by the efforts made at SEBA to extend their leadership training beyond theoretical concepts. The experts equip students with practical tools and experiences that are directly applicable to their futures; from tackling mental health challenges to engaging with local businesses and community initiatives. By developing partnerships with organisations like the Arizona Technology Council, SEBA develops STEM leadership by preparing students to become skilled innovators who make meaningful contributions to their schools and communities. By partnering with local businesses, community enterprises and government initiatives, SEBA provides participants with hands-on experiences that develop and reinforce essential skills.
