Its exterior is clad with untreated Swedish wood that naturally weathers over time, eliminating the need for chemical treatments. The roof, made of durable steel from Lindab, contributes to the structure's longevity and resilience. Inside, the house features Dinesen wood floors and Velux skylights, which flood the interior with daylight, even during the darker months. Additionally, the house combines geothermal heating with an advanced ventilation system with heat recovery, ensuring optimal energy use and excellent heat retention. This project is a testament to Hendefelt & Co.'s commitment to climate-smart architectural design and their ability to create homes that harmonise with the environment.
